April 1st was my first dog, Krypto's, birthday (adoption date)! He turned 12 years old. I've enjoyed every day with him every since we got him, in 2006.We've gone through a lot together. Last year, he went through surgery for bladder stones, and he's been getting more tired lately and you can tell that he's getting older..
But for as long as we can, we'll help Krypto lead the best life that he can muster.
We, as some of you might know, got him by fostering him. We thought that my grandparents might consider adopting him. But, my grandma saw how happy my brother and I were with him. I was playing ball in the yard with him at the moment.She was right. Krypto was the best thing that ever happened to me. He even led to us getting a second dog, Bigby!
Bigby and Krypto aren't best buds, but it could be lot worse.
